How do I activate Reckon Accounts Personal Plus outside

I've had to reinstall Reckon Accounts Personal Plus, due to a hard drive problem.

Currently I'm overseas, and when I attempt to activate the program over the internet I get the message:

"Reckon Accounts was unable to finish the activation process using the internet"

How can this problem be resolved, without the need for an expensive phone call to Australia?
