I cannot get into my account with my ID

    I used a Admin to login and show that I am logged on under Anita. How to force close Anita logged on?

    Go back to your main RAH Dashboard (login) window & click on Control Panel:

    From the LHS navigation list, click on Log Off Remote Sessions:

    This will display a list of Users currently connected:

    Click on the Log Off Session hyperlink for each one (if multiple) then on Refresh.

    You should now be able to login to your file.


    NOTE: When you don't exit/disconnect fully from the Reckon Hosted servers, your User ID will remain connected in the background so always Exit (under the File dropdown menu) out of the file & Disconnect (from the floating toolbar on the RHS):
