How to do a stock adjustment in the system?
This is under the Suppliers dropdown menu under Inventory Activities. You should also see a shortcut icon to it on your Home screen called Adjust Quantity on Hand.
Have a look at the in-program Help on adjusting inventory by clicking on the How do I … section at the top right of this window ☺️

If you click Help on the top menu ➡ Reckon Accounts Help ➡ Then enter some keywords in the search bar it will bring up a number of entries to assist with certain functions in the software.

Once you click your mouse into a column or field in that window, it will display:
The Ask is a shortcut to the main Help section as per Rav's advice above. The How Do I ... is a selection of common questions related to the particular window you're in at the time (in this case, adjusting inventory) 😊
