STP reporting not working for 1 employee

in Reckon Accounts (Desktop)

I have 1 employee who's details are not being transfered to the tax department via STP. All others are OK. Any suggestions please?

    Hi Diane

    If you take a look at that employee's profile, do they have the 'Exclude from STP' option ticked in the Taxes menu?
