I cannot email invoices from Premier Edition 2021

Question

I originally received an email from Reckon explaining how to overcome this issue. It works well for one of my companies. The password is set by Reckon. However I cannot email invoices from my other companies that use different email addresses. Does anyone know how to fix this please. I am connected to the Internet. I am trying to use a Hotmail address.
