How do I delete the last 6 pays entered. They were paid from a different ABN,need new Payroll a/c

The last 6 pays entered were paid from a new Partnership Account which has a different ABN. How do I delete these pays? I need to open a new Payroll Account for the new Partnership to enter these 6 pays. When I try to create a new account I get the message "Couldn't create Account..this could be a temporary issue"
