Leave liability report

The leave liability report isn't showing hourly rate for all employees, does for some not for others, why? Also doesn't show salary for some, does for others?

Are you using the default report, mine is showing hourly rate for all employees.

Thanks Kris, you were very helpful last time!! I'm using the report under reports, employee, Leave liability report, haven't altered it so I guess it's the default report? Is it something to do with the way the employee has been set up initially?, they all seem to be the same.
