Help with salary packaging(mortgage, rent etc) in reckon one hosted

I have just moved to reckon one hosted and need to set up salary packaging(not super but mortgages, rent etc) Does anyone have any procedures i can follow, have spent an hour trying to find a simple solution

    Was there ever an answer to this issue? I too have to set up salary packaging (not super) using Reckon One, anyone know how to do this? I have set up as a deduction but then it assumes it is a supplier and i want to process through a second bank account??? any assistance would be grateful.
