Just called CBA (Commbiz section) and they mentioned something about a form that we need to fill out. Where do I find the form and what happens after?

Oh and fwiw, I would avoid the bank feeds until you understand the process a bit better. I get my Reckon clients to download the qif and develop procedures for how they will hand the various transactions before layering on the complexity of bank feeds. Be aware: The implementaion of bank feeds in Reckon Hosted is not particularly elegant. You may decide it isnt for you.
