Is it possible to updated Quickbooks 2011/2012, which is on 1 of my computers to Accounts Hosted 2022 (2 licences) that is on my 2nd computer?

Hosted isn’t on anyone’s local computer - It’s on Reckon’s servers & accessed by users, remotely.
You just need to upload the file to your Hosted Q Drive & “open” it in Hosted (It will then prompt you to update that file to 2022) ☺️
How do I get access to Accounts Hosted to put onto my computer that has the outdated Quickbooks 2011/2012?

As Shaz mentioned, you don't need to put Hosted on your computer. You just need to access it by going to https://hosted.reckon.com/ as normal.
Once you're logged in, you can upload your company file to Hosted by using the Floating Toolbar, more info here -
