Could anyone please help with a current link to download Visual C++ 2005 sp1 or Visual C++ 2008, or any other suggestion on fixing install error 1904.

Could anyone please help with installation error 1904. Support hub told me to upgrade Visual C++ 2005 sp or to install C++ 2008. Both links that were sent are no longer available from Microsoft. Any help appreciated
