I am having trouble with calculation of super on leave loading on 2 of our employees.

I have only just noticed this as I was about to process end financial year in STP and checked the figures. Other employees are calculating ok and I cannot see any difference with the set up of any of these.

Hi Steve
It looks like either your Holiday Loading Payroll Item isnโt ticked for Super or your ARC Super Plan doesnโt have Holiday Loading selected.
Double-click on each of those in your Payroll Item List & click through (Next) to the last Inclusions window โบ๏ธ

Thank you, it was the super plans that didn't have the holiday loading ticked.
