2023 Accounts Hosted is trying to open as 2022
Good Morning. I have rolled over my accounts hosted 2022 a few weeks ago and have been using the 2023 version successfully until this morning. When I click into the 2023 version tab it takes me to the screen asking for my password but it comes up with an error message telling me the 2022 version has been rolled over and cant not open. Im definitely trying to open the 2023 version and not the 2022 so im unsure what the problem is. Is anyone else having this problem. I also tried to open this is both google Crome and internet explorer. Thankyou

This has been an occasional problem over the last couple of years. Go to control panel and log off all remote sessions. Sign out of Reckon completely and start again. Maybe try a different browser for the moment

Hello Kris. Thanks for letting me know this does happen occasionally. I have logged out of the remote sessions and tried a couple of different browsers but no luck unfortunately. I will try again later. Thank you for taking the time to respond

Yes if you can wait it will probably sort itself out, happened to me a couple of times too

Although you can close out of it, if you haven’t disconnected, it can often still retain the connection at Reckon’s end.
After your initial login to the Hosted platform, go to the Control Panel:
& force the Logoff from there:
