Can I save my TPAR file to another location other than Q Drive?

I have done my TPAR report and saved it to Q Drive, which seems to be my only option. But then when I am in the ATO Business portal and try to upload it, I can't find Q Drive anywhere on my computer.


Does anyone know how I find it, or if I am able to save the file from Reckon to another location where I can access it?

    Hi Rachel

    The Q Drive is actually Reckon's servers which are only accessible to users with secure logins (like yourself)

    You need to "Download" the file to your own PC hard drive (eg your Desktop or a preferred folder) using the floating toolbar:

    This will open your Q Drive where you can select/highlight the file you want & it will save it to your PC ☺️

    You can then upload/import it from there, in the ATO Online Services portal

    The OP could have checked the help files for the information. The way hosted works isnt plainly obvious so you need to understand the environment

    I import bank files to hosted every day by uploading them to Q drive.

    All the systems work slightly differently. Hosted is less complicated than Xero.
