Transfer Estimates and Sales Orders in Accounts Premier

We have just sold our business and will be setting up a new company file for the new owners with the existing customer, supplier, stock lists etc. The active Sales Orders and Estimates will need to be transferred too. There are lots of them and they are complex. The idea of having to reenter them manually in the new file is harrowing. Does anyone know of a 3rd party transfer tool available that can achieve this?
