TOIL - TIME OFF IN LIEU
I can't get it to accrue on an employees employee record. I have set it up in leave details using one of the free tabs, however it is not accruing on his payslip.
Can someone please assist?

Is it just the Payslip that’s not displaying (eg Is it correctly reducing the TOIL Available balance on the Paycheque) ?

no its not showing correctly on either.
I started this last pay run and it showed it correctly, but after today's pay run it hasn't updated.

Thanks for asking the Community.
In Reckon hosted, the approach for managing Time in Lieu differs from regular payroll leave items. Time in Lieu is categorized as a quantity item rather than a standard payroll leave entry, resulting in its exclusion from the pay slip.

I have it set up as Hourly & it tracks/displays the Available & Balance fine on the Paycheque itself & Payslip (just doesn't show YTD Used).
