Hi,

I am setting up a new full time employee in payroll and trying to enter how many hours for an employees per accrual period which is 0.07694 for holiday leave and 0.03833 for personal leave per 38 hours a week and it is saying this field accepts a maximum of 2 decimal places. My other employees all have the correct accrual.

Thanks

Its easier to use hours and minutes. 2:55 for annual. Half that for personal. This is per week of course but you can alter it to accrue per hour. 0:04:36 per hour for annual, 0:02:18 for personal. And thanks for your question

Sharon I think the OP was saying Reckon is only allowing two decimal places.
