Super Rate still at 10.5% on Super Details screen for new employees only

in Reckon Accounts (Desktop)

Hi Team,

The default rate is 10.5% on the Super Details screen when I am adding New Employees after 1st July 2023. The Payroll Item list has 11.0% on it, so I am not sure why new employees from 1st July 2023 have a 10.5% super on their card. Hope you can help.

    Could you please post a screenshot of where you're seeing this in Reckon Accounts specifically?

    Hi @GinaTsiakos

    Check your default Preferences:

    • Under the Edit dropdown menu > Preferences
    • From the side LHS list, click on Payroll & Employees
    • On the Company Preferences tab, click on Employee Defaults, then on Super Details
    • Update the Rate here to 11.0%, then click on OK to save 😊
