Sales Reports in Reckon Hosted
I have a transaction Sales report in which I am trying to get a Total on the quantity of product sold. The Amount and Balance both give me a Total.

I am not sure how to do that, the report that I am using is the Transaction Details by Account Report.
the Amount and Balance columns have auto total but the Qty does not.
Can you advise how to add the Qty Coloumn

Hi Teresa
I'd suggest using the Sales by Customer Detail report instead as this includes (& totals) the Qty column by default:
You can add/remove Columns, add/remove other Filters & also change how it Sorts & Subtotals too 😊
This report is under the Reports dropdown menu > Sales
