Statements - 'Error sending Emails'

I have recently upgraded to Reckon 2023 and am now having trouble sending statements.

I have tried to send individual statements as well as a small amount of bulk statements with the same result - "Error sending Emails" x Reckon Accounts has failed to send an email. Please try again.

Can anyone assist with a solution please.

    Hi Jan V,

    Sorry that you are having trouble sending emails from Reckon Accounts. Are you using Outlook? Can you send us the screenshot of the error message?

    Yes, I am using Outlook. Please see attached photo of the error message.

    Hi Jan V,

    It is strange that it happened after the upgrade. One thing we can try is to change the email provider from Outlook to Outlook V2. As shown in the image below.

    Klaura it isnt strange. It happens after every upgrade. It has been this way for over twenty years.
