Disaggregated allowances - per hour

Morning

I have apprentices employed, with the new STP 2 the allowances need to be disaggregated.

Tool allowance and Industry Allowance are calculated per hour rate with fair work.

These are itemized in Reckon Payroll in the additions as a lump sum per week.

Is there any way to change this to an hourly rate, as occasionally the full 38 hours are not completed, and the allowances paid out at the 38 hour rate.

    Yes, you can. However, to avoid throwing out total hours, I would configure to calculate based on quantity instead:

    You can then just enter the relevant number of hours in the Quantity column for it to calculate correctly, without impacting Total Hours or leave accruals:
