how to change monthly to quarterly reporting STP to ATO

The ATO requested me to lodge the monthly PAYG tax withheld for BAS. I always lodge the quarterly PAYG tax withheld in BAS to ATO for the past financial years. My question is "how to change monthly to quarterly reporting SPT to ATO?"
