month-by-month revenue/sales report for FY23 and also YTD FY24
Hi everyone, can anyone help me with this question. What report etc would I run to achieve these details.

Based on the Reporting, the options available for Sales Report are as in the screenshot -
Once you choose the option as per your requirement, you can add filters by clicking on Modify reports as in attached screenshot. -
And to sort the dates, choose Custom Dates and enter the dates you are looking to print the report for -

Modify a Profit & Loss report:
- On the Display tab ... Change the Dates to This Financial Year
- Display columns by Month
- Tick the checkbox to Add subcolumns for Previous Year
If you want to tweak it further still to show income only, you can select All ordinary Income accounts under the Accounts filter on the Filters tab.
TIP: If this is a report you would like to review regularly, give it a specific name - in the Report Title on the Header/Footer tab, under Modify ... - & Memorise it. Better still, add it to your Icon Bar for 1-click access (by clicking on View along top toolbar then "Add ... to Icon Bar") ! 😊
