REPORT FOR ONE CUSTOMER

Hello

I am fairly new to Reckon - can't say I am liking it too much. I just want a simple report - one customers outstanding invoices to send to them. I can find the account receivables with all the customers but cannot see how to get just one customer. Can someone help please.

    Hi Jane,

    Go to reports, select customer reports, then select open invoices. this should show all unpaid invoices. If you wanted to get a particular customer, you can select "Modify report" on the top left and filter by name.

    Hi Jane

    Why not use the Statement facility; all you need to do is choose the customer and date range and it will give you all unpaid invoices; and you can email from the program

    There are multiple reports that will show what you're after & you can also create & save your own custom reports. As per Nickiu's advice, you can Modify ... that report & filter for one, multiple or All customers. You can also add/remove Columns as you require.

    Alternatively, you can also use the Statements feature as Charley suggested.
