GST Tax Detail Report & Cash & GST Tax Liability Report do not agree

Are their mixed tax code or credit lines in any transactions? If so, this is common on a Cash basis because the Tax Detail report is trying to split the GST at 10% across every line so it gets skewed. (In some lines, you can find the GST displays as MORE than the actual net amount!)

The summary reports are the ones to rely on (eg the Tax Liability or The Tax Summary). I just use the detail one to check specific transaction codes ☺️
