Hi, I have a website link on my sales order pdf, but the link is really long. Is there a way to rename a link on a sales order pdf or invoice pdf? or to put a link to an image? so customers could click the image.

I've had a quick look and unfortunately I don't think there's way to alter the actual text and/or hyperlink but as @Zappy has mentioned previously perhaps consider a URL shortener?
If you have customised an existing Sales Order or Invoice template within the Reckon Accounts Hosted application and you had added that link, you could use a URL Shortener as indicated by @Rav or consider adding a QR code image (where that QR code references the linked URL)
