Hi guys. Need your help on this one. We are a Reckon One user.
We've recently changed our authentication from mobile number to an Authenticator (Google Authenticator). It is perfectly fine using this site, portal.reckon.com. However, when I want to go directly to the payroll site, payroll.reckon.com, it is still asking me to provide a mobile number and it doesn't work at all. Even the Reckon Payroll app on my iPad, it is asking me for a mobile number, instead of the MFA code through the Authenticator.
Can someone direct us how to resolve this issue.
