    Hi JanB,

You may explore the Custom Transaction Detail Report and modify the dates.

    Best regards,

    Karren

    Hi JanB,

You can also try Transaction List by Date as well. But if you would like to be more specific, Reckon has an Audit Trail. It keeps track of the entries and changes performed on a certain day. It is under Report>Accountant> Audit Trail.

Depending on your preferences, you can explore the various reporting options available in Reckon Hosted and Desktop.

    I hope it helps,

    Best regards,

    Karren

    Hi @JanB ,

You can check Audit trail as well. The Audit Trail report lists each accounting transaction and any additions, deletions, or modifications that affect that transaction.

To be able to access this you can simply go to the Reports menu, choose Accountant, and then click Audit Trail.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind regards,

    Reeta

    Hi @JanB

I create a specific custom report for this via Find. This displays a summary of each transaction that has been entered or modified in a specific time frame, in date-&-time-stamped order. You can also show which company file User entered them (if needed):

    To create this:

    • Click on Edit (along top toolbar) then on Find in the dropdown menu
    • On the Advanced tab, select the Detail Level Filter & choose Summary only
    • Select the Entered/Modified Filter & select the date(s)/range (I usually have it set to Today so I can easily check this report during a bookkeeping session)
    • Click on the Find button to display transactions & then on the Report button to display in a report
    • With the report displayed, click on Modify Report in the top left
    • On the first Display tab, make sure Report Basis is set to Accrual
    • Add/remove applicable columns in the Columns list including Entered/Last Modified (& Last Modified by if applicable)
    • Under the Sort by dropdown option, select Entered/Last Modified & Sort in preferred Ascending or Descending Order (eg oldest > newest, or vice versa)
    • On the Header/Footer tab, you can name this report under Report Title (eg Activity Log, Audit Report, etc)
    • Once customised as preferred, click on OK

TIP: Click on the Memorise button to save this report for future reference &/or add it to your Icon bar for simple, 1-click access!

have you tried doing a find, customise it to show credit transactions, or the particular customer, or by amount, or number
