I have set up my MFA authenticator but when I use my recovery PIN it is listed as invalid

Please give us a call on 1300 756 663, where we will have a technical support agent assist you in revoking the MFA for you.

The recovery PIN is used to revoke MFA from your account, is that what you're looking to do or are you trying to login and authenticate with the MFA code from your authenticator app?
