Pay run not submitted to ATO

We submitted 2 pay runs in May 2024 - one on 1 May 2024 (pay period 1 - 31 May, 2024) and another one on 28 May 2024 (pay period 27 - 31 May, 2024) for a new employee. Only the first one is seen on the ATO site. How do we get the second run submitted to ATO?

    Hi @Udai Muthu,

    You will be able to check if a pay run has been submitted to the ATO via the Compliance and STP submission section:

    If you have recently submitted the pay run it may take some time to update on the ATO Portal. Could you please let me know, if the pay run has been successful in its submission on the STP page?

    Thanks Lucas for getting back quickly. The second pay run for May was submitted on 28 May 2024. It was successful.

    Hi @Udai Muthu,

    That appears to the be the pay run screen. Could you please navigate to the Compliance tab and select STP. That will display a table similar to the pay run screen and display the status to confirm, if the pay run has gone through successful or not.

    Hi Lucas, it was submitted 15 days ago. Does it take longer than 15 days? Or can this be due to the pay period I have given. The first one had a pay period of 1 - 31 May, 2024. This was submitted to ATO quickly. The second one had a pay period of 27 - 31 May, 2024. This period is within the first period. Can this be a reason for not submitting another one within the same period?

    I have changed the address line to "9 Langdale Avenue".

    Should I resubmit the Payrun to ATO?

    What is the maximum length for the street name?
