Correct EOY salary figure is shown but Vic Gov site only shows last normal pay run

    I am unable to run the Finalize Year, on the Pay Event page the correct EOY salary figure is shown but when I get into the Vic Gov site it only shows the last normal pay run processed????

    Have you sent through the EOFY finalisation submission and has been it successful? ie. does it show a Success status to indicate the ATO have processed it?

    Also, you've mentioned the Vic Gov site, do you mean MyGov or the ATO Business Portal?

    The previous normal pay run has been successful.
    The EOY salary figure does not show when I am in the Reckon Gov Connect site. I cannot process it at all.

    Sorry Steve I'm still not clear on where things are going wrong in the leadup to this. Can you please give me more specific and detailed info to try and understand what's happening.

    Step me through the process you're going through exactly and if you have any screenshots that would be really helpful as well.

    Have you created the STP file using the Finalise Year option in Reckon Accounts and if so, when you are uploading it to GovConnect are you selecting the correct upload option as shown below?
