Payslips

As at last pay date ( 24.06.24 - 30.06.24 ) paid on the 4th July, the YTD used on Personal and Holidays has reverted back to 0 hours on the pay slips.

In the system it is still being shown as correct. I have not updated to the 2024 version as yet as this needs to be corrected first.

Any advice on what may have happened.

    Hi agofarm,

Is the button to Reset hours each year ticked on the employee's Payroll and Compensation information?

    Hi Teresa

Can you confirm that the Maximum number of hours box is BLANK ?

The maximum number of holiday hours is set at 152 hours and the Personal at 76 hours, no one is anywhere near that.

My previous Reckon bookkeeper set it up with the hours.

Unfortunately she has configured it incorrectly. Those fields should ALWAYS be blank, otherwise it’s telling the system to clear the balances at EOFY & restart the accruals from scratch … every year 😬

Remove those figures & let us know if this resolves it (NOTE: there may also be additional configs affecting it which can’t be determined from just the above but THAT definitely needs fixing 😩)
