Hi, Is anyone able to assist with the description field missing when I raise an invoice?

When I raise an invoice to our clients, I can bring in the labour component and all fields populate correctly except the description field is always blank.
This is not an issue for our accounts team however………
Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Is this happening in Reckon Accounts Hosted 2024?

When you include billable Time/Costs, there's a checkbox for this. It sounds like you have this ticked:
If you UNTICK it, it will display line by line:
NOTE: When bringing in Time, the invoice Description is prefilled based on what's entered in the Timesheet/Activity Notes field.
