Default for new payrun is Unscheduled - Can this be changed?

In an ideal world there would be no selection, and the user would have to choose, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or unscheduled. The default is unscheduled, and this is not very good, because if you accidentally process the payroll as unscheduled that should have been something else, then that puts the user in a world of pain. Can we please remove Unscheduled as the default selection?

    The default schedule cannot be changed at the current time.
