I Cant Start Reckon accounts Personal Plus 2022

I have just paid my annual subscription and cant start reckon accounts plus 2022 ? as instructed I re Downloaded the software to my desk top and still it wormy start

    What error message is appearing when you try and start up Reckon Personal Plus?

    Are you sure you used the right IKC from the member's website/from our emails?

    There is no error message the software just wont load

    What does "IKC" mean ??

    Dear @Devenio ,

    It stands for "Installation Key Code" - what you would use to install the software.

    Does it validate properly after you enter it during the installation?

    Have not needed this previously on upgrades so will need to track it down . I am hoping it son the renewal notice that was sent out .

    You should also be able to find it on your renewal notice.
