How do you remove all the reports etc on the My Live (Q) which have been put there to download? Its clogging the system & takes forever to find my current STP files to upload.

Good timing! A fellow Community member just posted a very similar query. Check it out as it has info that might help you out as well HERE.
@SalCow You can easily delete files by selecting the file (right-click on it to do this, but NOT on the file name itself) then press Del on your keyboard. Unfortunately, you can't do this in bulk though, only one file at a time.
I create folders for everything & put files into the applicable folder(s) instead, then if ever necessary, the whole folder can be deleted 😊
