RAH - TAX SUMMARY REPORT

I am trying to run a report. I have clicked on the option, I haven't entered any dates as it is still building report. It keeps going into "not responding mode and sitting on the building report screen. I have logged out twice - remotely. It has stalled again.

Why is this taking so long?

I am still unable to run this report. It is sitting on the "building report" screen and not progressing.

Have you logged off all remote sessions via the control panel?
Is anyone else using the same file at the same time?
Is the file configured for multi-user mode?

Hello

I have logged off remotely three times - it again is stalled on "building report" over 300 seconds

there is no one else logged on - I am the only user.

It is not in multi user moe

The report has just displayed. That took over 5 minutes to display.

I know have to do a summary for the whole year. It is now not responding.

I have got the report I need. It has just taken me half an hour to run a Tax summary report for the 2024 year.
