Hi Can anyone Tell me how to fix this please;

I have a message that comes up as follow

The file you have specified cannot be opened. Make sure that it is not currently being used by another program or a read-only file

The window error was The file exists

File: C:\ProgramData\Intuit\ReckonAccounts2024\QBPRINT.QBP

I have uninstalled the program and re installed but nothing changed.
