Hi

In Reckon accounts "Hosted "Anyone knows how to generate payment summary report in following format

one of our employees is desperate to receive it

    Hi @prasanna ,

    The payment summaries are outdated and are no longer needed. Employees can access their income statements directly through their myGov accounts.

    You can still access those from the reports and as long as there is just gross and tax with no leave or other details, and as long as the figures agree with the payroll report, you can give the employee a copy. If they don’t agree tell the employee to get it from his MyGov as per Reta’s advice above

    yes there is, it’s under Employees - process payment summaries, but you have to be 100% sure the figures are correct by comparing to payroll totals report

    You can print them email them or create a pdf but its not necessary.

    Perhaps ask your staff why he requires it. It might help to clarify if something else will suffice. He might be confusing the payment summary with something else. Remember no one but the ATO has a right to request this info from your staff and that means no one. Banks or finance companies are forbidden from requesting it as proof of income.
