pay run

in Reckon Payroll

I have done a pay run and marked as paid - I then tried to submit to ATO but it said something went wrong - they pay run now says draft but when I try to return to mark as paid it says it is already done - I can't email pay slips or resent to ATO - it appears corrupted - I am unable to delete and start again either

Please advise how to address this.

    • Have you tried any different browser?
    • If you can please clear the Browsing History and try again.

    Also, would be helpful, if you can share a screenshot displaying the error message. I will be able to investigate for you. Thank you!
