XML file error on session timeout

Hi,

We have been getting this error when session times out for the past 2-3 weeks roughly. It does not cause any problems that I have noticed but it is "untidy".

    How long would you say your book is left inactive before your notice this appear?

    Also - does your book reopen normally after closing this and relaunching via the Reckon Portal?

    Hi Rav,

    Wasn't able to see how long after timeout it happens as you don't notice the timeout immediately - the portal times out but Reckon screens continue working for a while after that. And as you would understand I am here to work so can't sit and watch it for an hour or so:)

    Everything happens normally the error - in fact the error pops up on its own tab and you dont notice it for ages.

    Fair enough. I had a chat with the devs about this one yesterday and a fix has been created which shouldn't be far off hitting Reckon One. Fingers crossed next week 🤞

    This issue is no longer occurring so fix must have been released and is working. Thank you Devs.
