Including Item quantity from Invoice in report or export

Hi,

As far as I can figure out, the quantity entered against a line item for an invoice is not transferred to the receipt line item. The only way I can find to export quantities is using the Ledger Transactions Report - quantities are included for Receipts not originating from an invoice BUT not for Receipts originating from invoices.

    Hi PCsforKids,

    The quantity is not included in the Receipt or RCPT as it only records the amount of payment received for an invoice or transactions. What you are looking for is a limitation of the product for now. You can, however, make a suggestion to Reckon Product Ideas and vote for a feature already suggested by another customer or submit your own suggestion.

    Ledger Transactions Report

    The quantity field is included in the report. The quantity field is blank for RCPT transactions which have been created by doing Receive Payment in cases where the items on the Invoice had a quantity entered.

    Sequence is

    Add line item to Invoice with quantity value

    Receive Payment from Invoice screen.

    RCTP transaction(s) created have a blank value in quality.
