I feel I am working in an old file, so opened to search my files and honestly have no idea where they are in "My Live Q" this is what I see, where should my actual files be stored, surely it would be one folder?? Help!!

The company files are the ones with red icon (so the one at the very bottom of your screenshot list) however youāve also created a folder called āHosted Filesā & 2 referencing āRestored ā¦ā there, so Iām wondering if you may also have some stored in there ? š¬

No I have not recently uploaded it, it is the same file I have been using for months in Hosted, but most of last weeks entries are missing, so I thought that was odd and went looking.
How do I check the date modified.

Oh dear Shaz I seem to have a mess, I tried to get Reckon on the phone as I thought it might be best they look.
I have looked in the Restored Files and they seem to be 2022 & 2023 files, maybe I need to clean them all up.
As I have 4 working files and can only see the one Captive, no idea where the others are.
When I open via File Previous View is there a way to see where this is filed?
as Shaz said working files look like the one at the bottom of the list. Open each folder one at a time and see if there are any others in the same format - it will say Reckon accounts company file. If you widen the Type column you will see the description easier. Then look at the dates of each file, if any, and jot them down along with the folder name
Found them in an Upload File, Kris, should I move them somewhere else, or just rename the folder Current Files, or does not matter as long as I note where they are?
whatever makes it easier for you to remember- I would also delete any old unused files. Wouldnāt hurt to download to computer first in case you ever need them
