Reckon Accounts 2024 is slower

Question

Hi,

My reckon has gone slower after upgrading to the new version 2024. My invoices and all transactions are not just slower than usual.

It was faster when I used 2023 . And even support is really poor they give an excuse as they are not trained on technical support.

I have a few more questions for you:

* How often do you do a backup?
* How do you perform these backups?
* How much slower is Reckon currently operating (eg. is it taking 20+ seconds or over 1 minute)?

QBW is on a network, mapped drive, 1.09GB

Yes we do regular maintenance, back up each week to a pen drive and external hard drive etc follow all guidelines as advised.
