New Reckon 1 update not working on ipad

Since the new look Reckon1 update I can not use it on an ipad, the menu toggle doesn't move over what is on the screen at the time opening. Works fine on my computer. Any thoughts.

    Hi 1192688,

    I tested it on my iPad, and it works fine. Do you see the 3 lines (Toggle menu) at the top left side of the page on the iPad? Which browser are you using?

    Hi Klaura,

    I changed to google chrome and still the same.

    I do see the 3 lines menu but when i select it the menu it wont come over the current screen.

    you can slide the current page to see the menu but can not select and of the options

    Hi 1192688,

    When you tap on one of the Icons on the left, does it come up with the menu list like this?

    And also, can you check if you are on the current version of OS?

    Hi Karren,

    No the icon list is there but when I touch one of the icons it does not come on top of the current screen

    Forgot to mention I am on ios 18.1.1

    When you say "does not come on top of the current screen" does it opens up another browser window?

    The second pic is what i get when I tap the bank icon, the first pic is if I slide the screen on top back abit to revile the menu underneath

    No it doesn't open another window

    Hi 1192688,

    Your iPad might not be opening Reckon in a desktop version. To enable this, can you go to your Settings> go to your apps like Safari> look for Settings for Website and click Request Desktop Website> Toggle on for All Websites.

    Try to open Reckon in Safari and see if that helps.
