Download Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2016

I have a new computer and needing to download the Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2016 which I was able to download previously but the option to download this software appears not to be available.  Can I still download the software?

    I have a new computer and transferred the Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2016 it is now asking for a " Customer ID " ??, I have the access code.. How do I overcome this issue?, phoned help but was no help..

    I have a new computer and needing to download the Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2016 which I was able to download previously but the option to download this software appears not to be available.  Can I still download the software? I did download using a copy of a file posted by Ray in 2020 but I needed an access key. I used to be a member years ago before I retired as an accountant. I was able to locate Reckon Accounts 2016 on an old lap top and contacted Reckon by phone but the chap said the copy I had was expired and told me to upgrade. I do some volunteer work for four not for profits and was using the program for all of them back in the day. Can you asisst with an access key. I do not have the original discs anymore.
