Novated Car Lease - Reducing the SG Calculation in RAH

An employee has a novated car lease whereby we deduct a certain amount Pre-tax (salary sacrifice) and a different amount Post-tax (her contribution). I have it set up in Reckon Accounts Hosted and the entries are working well BUT I don't know how to amend the super guarantee calculation such that it does not include the Pre-tax amount.
