Does anyone else find lots of errors in their reports?
Here are some of the problems I have:

Balance sheet - Click on a line item balance and it should run an account enquiry report, but says "no transactions matching…". Only sometimes though, even when I can run he report manually.

Aged Debtor Transactions report - Only includes current debts in certain circumstances, even if it is selected. So a report that should include current debts, doesn't. A completely incorrect total is given.

P&L - There was the error with not being able to drill down through the report. This was resolved after a couple of weeks. Except it wasn't fully fixed and took a further attempt by the developers to resolve.

There are more.

Am I the only one who is slightly over this?

    I've tried replicating this in my test book however didn't encounter the above behaviour. When you run into this, is the date range in the account enquiry report set to This Financial Year?

    I'm not quite following this one. Are you able to give me a bit more detail on what you're observing with this report.

    I have several open support cases.
    All with screen shots and written details of issues reported.
