How do I add a new payment method to the drop down list?

We apologize for the inconvenience. After checking, we can confirm that, unfortunately, there is currently no "Direct Debit" option available, and it cannot be added at this time. However, you can select the "Other" option if the existing choices do not meet your needs.

I would like "Direct Debit" or "Direct Payment" option for Payment Method on Payments to cater for when a payment is auto taken from bank account - the opposite of "Direct Deposit"

I do have bank accounts set up under Banking in Reckon One and to date have been using the Direct Deposit payment method which is ok for our purposes. I asked about Direct Debit as a nice to have to differentiate. I will add a Product Request.
Can I get you to hold off on creating a feature request just for a bit. We've got some changes coming to our ideas portal early next week so I don't want your feature request for this suggestion getting lost in the shuffle.
