Reckon One has received a new update which has revamped a feature that has been highly requested by our users! We've also squished a few niggly bugs.
Check out the inclusions of today's update below!
π Ability to add notes to an employee!
One of the most highly requested features has been the ability to add notes to an employee for important info such as pay rises, important events or other key details.
While there was a previous area for notes, it was located in a different area and overall wasn't a great experience. With this new revamped notes feature, its now easier, more intuitive and located directly within an employee's profile in payroll.
To access notes, select an employee's profile β‘οΈ under the General tab scroll to the bottom and you'll find Notes β‘οΈ Click the Edit option to add a new note.
π Pay item enhancements
When you create a new Ordinary Time Earnings (OTE) earning item, super guarantee and collective agreement preferences are now enabled by default.
We've also expanded the Super Preferences and Other Preferences sections - depending on the pay item type - so these areas are always visible and you don't overlook them in error.
π Keep track of our new releases!
We've added a What's new in Reckon One link under the Support menu in Reckon One. This will take you through to our release notes here on the Community so you review all the latest features and enhancements released to Reckon One.
